For example, if a BizPower Benefits client starts services in January, but our first payment for services rendered is not received until February, you will receive your commission for the associated client on March 15th. In cases where the 15th of a month falls on a weekend or holiday, BizPower360 will make its best efforts to pay you the Friday before, or the day before the holiday.
Growing Your Team
In the BizPower360 Affiliate Program, affiliates have the opportunity to recruit Level One Affiliates by leveraging their unique affiliate link and sharing it with potential recruits. Here's how the process typically works:
Acquisition of Affiliate Link: Upon joining the BizPower360 Affiliate Program, each affiliate is provided with a unique affiliate link. This link contains a special tracking code that identifies the affiliate who shares it.
Sharing Affiliate Link: Affiliates can share their affiliate link through various marketing channels, including but not limited to:
Opportunity Meetings: Affiliates can invite prospective affiliates to join opportunity meetings to learn about the BizPower360 Affiliate Program as an opportunity to earn commissions by referring businesses to BizPower360. They highlight the benefits of joining the program, such as the potential for recurring income, flexible work hours, and access to training and support resources.
Inviting Prospective Affiliates: Affiliates invite individuals who may be interested in becoming affiliates to sign up through their unique affiliate link. This link ensures that any recruits who join the program are attributed to the referring affiliate.
Tracking Recruitment: When a prospective affiliate clicks on the affiliate link shared by the recruiting affiliate and signs up for the BizPower360 Affiliate Program, they are automatically identified as a Level One Affiliate within the recruiting affiliate's team structure. The recruiting affiliate can track the status of their recruited affiliates and monitor their performance through their affiliate dashboard or back office.
By effectively promoting the BizPower360 Affiliate Program and sharing their affiliate link with others, affiliates have the opportunity to recruit Level One Affiliates and expand their affiliate team, ultimately increasing their earning potential through commissions earned from their recruits' referrals and sales activities.

The referral must result in a qualifying action or transaction, such as scheduling an appointment, enrolling in a service, or making a purchase of BizPower360 products or services. A Level Two Affiliate is considered to be the second tier of recruitment within the affiliate's team structure.
Level Two Affiliates have the same rights and responsibilities as other affiliates within the program and are eligible to earn commissions based on their referrals and sales activities. Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Cross Recruiting
At BizPower360, we value the entrepreneurial spirit of our affiliate marketers and understand the importance of diverse income streams. As part of our commitment to supporting your success, we have no prohibitions against our marketers promoting other businesses, financial opportunities, affiliate, or marketing programs alongside BizPower360, except in cases where the product is in direct competition to a BizPower360 product.
The BizPower360 affiliate program does not provide compensation for recruiting. This discourages recruiting for it's own sake and exempts the act of recruiting from being considered a product. This is intentional, as this model restricts commissionable activity to sales of products to clients and avoids any potential regulation that could accompany a model that pays marketers for the specific act of recruiting.
Additionally, to maintain the integrity of our affiliate structure, we enforce a policy that restricts affiliates from cancelling their agreement and rejoining BizPower360 under a different upline affiliate prior to the cancelling affiliates anniversary date. This ensures a fair and consistent experience for all our affiliates.
Although BizPower360 has no prohibition against promoting other businesses and financial opportunities, we discourage active recruiting to BizPower360 via social media platforms when doing so conflicts with an affiliate's agreement with a company they have an established relationship with.
By participating in the BizPower360 Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to abide by this cross-recruiting clause as an essential condition of their affiliation.
Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Affiliate Recruiting Disputes
In the BizPower360 Affiliate Program, disputes regarding the recruitment of Level One Affiliates are taken seriously and addressed with fairness and transparency. Here's how BizPower360 will handle such disputes:
Initial Recruitment: When two affiliates attempt to recruit the same Level One Affiliate, and that Level One Affiliate ultimately signs up with one of them, BizPower360 will honor the recruitment based on the affiliate link used during the sign-up process.
Commission Earned: Once a Level One Affiliate has earned any commission, BizPower360 will not move them to another affiliate, regardless of any disputes that may arise regarding their recruitment.
Request for Transfer: However, if a Level One Affiliate has not yet earned any commission, that affiliate may request to be transferred to another upline within 48 hours of enrollment. This request must be made in writing and submitted to BizPower360 for review.
Agreement from Original Recruiter: In cases where an affiliate requests a transfer to a different upline Affiliate past the initial 48 hours post enrollment, the original recruiter must agree in writing to the transfer before BizPower360 will consider making any changes to the affiliate's upline.
Final Decision: BizPower360 reserves the right to make the final decision in any moves involving Level One Affiliate transfers. This decision will be based on a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding the dispute and consideration of the best interests of all parties involved.
By establishing clear guidelines and procedures for handling Level One recruiting disputes, BizPower360 aims to maintain the integrity of the affiliate program and ensure a fair and equitable resolution for all affiliates.
